Azia Coleman is the Owner and Designated Broker of Quantum Homes, specializing in residential real estate and property management. With a strong background in leadership, portfolio growth, and client relations, she blends strategic thinking with a personalized, hands-on approach.
Azia is passionate about helping clients build long-term wealth through integrity, innovation, and expert guidance. She is dedicated to creating supportive, transparent partnerships and ensuring every client receives the highest level of care.
Stella Neustaedter is an Executive Assistant with over 13+ years of experience in real estate and administrative operations. Known for her strong organizational skills and people-first mindset, Stella is passionate about supporting teams and ensuring that everyone she works with has a seamless, positive experience.
Her background spans client relations, transaction coordination, and high-level executive support, allowing her to bring both efficiency and warmth to every transaction.
Deborah is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and spent nearly three decades in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she raised her three sons and built a successful contracting company. After moving to Arizona in 2020, she continued her passion for real estate and ultimately joined Quantum Homes as a Realtor and Senior Property Manager.
With extensive construction experience and a strong commitment to customer service, Deborah offers clients a unique advantage in property management—accurate property assessments, reliable vendor coordination, and high-quality oversight of repairs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her sons, hiking, attending sporting events, and going to concerts.
